About Us
Hello, I am Md. Al Amin Pappu, a dedicated researcher with a strong academic background in statistics, bioinformatics, biostatistics, and computational biology. I hold both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Statistics from the University of Rajshahi, where I developed solid analytical and quantitative skills. Currently, I work as a Statistician and Bioinformatician at the Institute for Developing Science and Health Initiatives (ideSHi). My expertise includes big data analytics, single-cell RNA sequencing, molecular docking, and simulation studies.
My research interests lie at the intersection of public health, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and drug discovery, with a focus on integrating statistical rigor into cutting-edge biological research. I am now seeking PhD opportunities to further specialize in transcriptomics and bioinformatics, with the long-term goal of contributing to personalized medicine. Through innovative, data-driven approaches, I aspire to develop cost-effective healthcare solutions that bridge computational science and clinical application.
